The goal
The goal is not to build a streaming business. The stream is a familiar demo surface for showing technology: a user joins with a simple wallet, funds testnet USDC, pays for actions, receives rewards, gets penalties, and verifies the whole flow on Arcscan and in Circle Console.
CONSOLE = proof dashboard
The console is the verification room: balances, payout address, local ledger, status refresh and Arcscan proof when a transaction hash is available.
VIBEGUARD = chat economy
Positive messages can trigger rewards. Toxic messages trigger penalties. The chat becomes a small live economy instead of a static comment box.
